This position requires a good all rounder, holding a minimum qualification of HND or degree in Design/Advertising, with experience, preferably in a design studio/agency environment.
Applicants must be fully conversant with all Mac based industry standard software, (Quark, Photoshop, Illustrator, Fireworks and Indesign). Knowledge of web design would be advantageous, whilst a good knowledge of print ready artwork and reprographics is essential.
A creative, mature and diverse portfolio should be displayed along with sound technical ability and a good eye for detail, preferably with a sound knowledge of graphic interface design.

About You
You will have at least 5 years’ experience in a senior digital marketing management role working for progressive established digital agencies. You will be used to working on your own initiative, identifying opportunities and nurturing relationships with clients. You must feel comfortable working as part of a creative team, but also, when required, to be able to work alone on solving clients’ digital marketing problems. You will be customer focused, results driven and have a good grasp of digital marketing techniques including advertising, PPC, SEO, web development and social media.

You will be educated to at least degree level, ideally with further study covering digital media, social media or marketing. A full driving licence is also essential.
The role
The role is to further shape the digital offering of Piranha, to create and present winning digital proposals to clients and to manage on a day to day basis the digital requirements of new and existing clients. This will include managing web development projects and managing the SEO and digital marketing services. You will be expected to work closely with the current web development team, head of SEO and digital marketing executives in formulating new services and ways of presenting the digital offering of Piranha. In addition to managing existing workloads you will be expected to take a lead role in developing new digital business opportunities for Piranha including creating and presenting winning tenders and proposals. You will be working to agreed budgets and targets with extremely generous bonuses available for meeting and exceeding targets. We’re looking for SEO specialists with experience of manual link building strategies, meta data optimisation and reporting. Some technical SEO experience and basic html skills would be advantageous. Experience of competitor analysis, along with B2B and e-commerce SEO would be a plus.
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the ability to devise, define and implement off-site and on-site optimisation strategies for clients as part of the SEO team. You would be required to keep up to date with changes in the market and SEO innovations to achieve client goals.
Social Media experience and the ability to maximise reach, engagement and user experience for our clients, utilising Twitter, Facebook, and Pinterest experience, along with knowledge of social KPIs, and with a broader knowledge of social platforms and knowledge of Hootsuite would be of benefit but is not essential.
