After 3 years in the planning stage, a new full service creative agency has hit the streets of Lancashire to provide world class marketing support solutions to companies in Lancashire.
Piranha Advertising & Marketing Solutions limited was launched on the 4th July 2001 by Directors Paul Airey, Don Fryer and Peter Bamber with the assistance of investor and share holder Garry Broadbent.
The new company will specialise in visual communication solutions for both business to business clients as well as those companies dealing with consumer markets. The areas of support are marketing consultancy and market research, strategic planning, creative services including leaflets, brochures, adverts, direct mail, exhibitions, new media and point of sale, media planning and buying and campaign analytics.
The start up team of Peter, Paul and Don previously worked together for 3 years at an existing Preston advertising agency prior to setting up Piranha.
A number of clients including The Longville Group have moved their accounts to Piranha with initial billings won in the first month estimated to be worth £250,000 per year.
The company has taken residence in the top floor offices of prestigious office building "The Chambers" located on Guild Hall Street in the centre of Preston.
